WheelWax is safe for all factory and aftermarket wheels including chrome, painted, anodized, polished aluminum or clear coated. WheelWax is actually a polymer and contains no wax, which would melt and cause wheels to attract more brake dust. The WheelWax formula contains an antistatic element that changes the surface polarity of the wheels to repel brake dust particles. Research has shown that brake dust is a negatively charged particle. The surface of the wheel has been shown to pick up a positive charge from wind rushing over the surface of the wheel. The antistatic element in the WheelWax keeps the wheel surface charged negatively. This breaks up the magnetic effect. When you use WheelWax to clean your wheels, you will notice over time, your wheels will stay cleaner, longer.

WheelWax can be used on any metal appearance pieces including chrome, aluminum, and stainless steel. Shining your trim is so much easier because any WheelWax that you get on your paint will not leave a greasy spot. Instead, WheelWax creates a protective coating that you just let dry and wipe off when you buff your trim.

To Apply WheelWax-- Rinse dirt off all wheels and apply WheelWax to the cool metal surface. Let it dry to a haze, then buff to a high shine. The special chemical formula in WheelWax lifts brake dust and other dirt off your wheels and onto your rag. You will be amazed by the shine of your own wheels!! NOTE! Do not apply WheelWax in direct sunlight or if wheels are hot to the touch. For maximum shine, after waxing and buffing, lightly spray cool clean water onto the wheel surface and dry with clean soft towel.

The most amazing product I have ever used! I used it on my Ferrari 550. I have not had to wash the wheels in a week of hard driving! I just brush them off. Before I would have to wash them everyday.

I have been using WheelWax for 2 years. No doubt, it is the BEST product of its kind.

I received the package of WheelWax the other day. My brother said he wanted to try it since he was surprised to see so little brake dust on the chrome wheels of my 2005 Avalon. The car has a little over 1,500 miles since I last polished the wheels with WheelWax. I'm very happy with the results since my other cars have given me so much trouble with brake dust on the front wheels.

Thanks again,

A great deal of time and effort went into the development of WheelWax in order to make it the best product for protecting your wheels. There are no ingredients in WheelWax that are harmful to wheels or the finish. WheelWax is heat treated for long lasting protection and formulated for ease of application. Just wipe on, let dry to a haze and wipe off. For maximum shine, rinse with cool water and buff to a high shine.
